These terms apply to your use of HeavyLift FL (also written Heavy Lift Florida; "we," "us"), a Southwest Florida sole proprietorship that coordinates on-demand moving and heavy-lifting help by connecting customers with independent workers.
Our role
HeavyLift FL is a coordination and booking service. We schedule and coordinate independent workers to perform the help you request; those workers are not our employees. A deposit reserves your booking; the balance for the job is paid by you directly to the crew on completion.
SMS text messaging program
You opt in to receive text messages from HeavyLift FL in one of these ways: (1) by checking the optional consent box on the quote request form at heavyliftfl.com; (2) by checking the optional consent box on the worker application form at heavyliftfl.com/work.html; (3) by texting the keyword QUOTE to (239) 350-1810 (customers); or (4) by texting the keyword WORK to (888) 974-0844 (workers). When you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from HeavyLift FL related to your quote, booking, appointment, job offers (workers), and customer support. Customer messages are sent from (239) 350-1810. Worker job-offer messages are sent from (888) 974-0844.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Customers may also text (239) 350-1810. Workers may text (888) 974-0844.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of applying to work. If you do not opt in, we will contact you by phone instead.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Quotes, deposits, and payment
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the job differs from what was described. A deposit reserves your crew; the remaining cash balance is paid directly to the workers on completion. Time beyond the two-hour minimum is billed in 15-minute increments as described in your quote.
Cancellations
Contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Deposit refund handling for cancellations is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. HeavyLift FL coordinates independent workers and is not liable beyond the amount of the fee paid to us for a given job.
