Estero (33928, 33967) is FGCU apartments, Hertz Arena–area condos, and Corkscrew Road houses that need a crew at a specific elevator window. Bonita Springs (34134, 34135) is Imperial River bungalows, Bonita Beach Road furniture, and The Brooks / Pelican Landing HOA days where you already permitted the truck. Coconut Point sits in the middle: short carries to a rental at the garage, HOA rules you booked, labor we staff.
- Coconut Point and US-41 condos. You reserve the loading window and the box truck. We arrive as the crew and follow the association’s dock rules.
- FGCU-area apartments. End-of-semester loads and mid-lease furniture into a U-Haul you rented. We do not supply the vehicle or the packing tape.
- Golf communities and lanai cages. Extra time for cage doors and wet pavers. You still own the truck waiting at the lot.
What “labor only” means on a Bonita or Estero booking
Marketplaces that own “Bonita Springs movers” ads usually still sell a truck option and an insurance upsell. Our quote is hours of independent workers. Tape, blankets, dollies, and ratchet straps are yours to supply. Appliances move only after you disconnect them. We stay local — no long-haul to Orlando in a company van, because we do not put one on the invoice. If the job is actually a Pelican Bay or Park Shore dock, use the Naples page so we quote the building, not this corridor.
Bonita Springs & Estero pricing
$35 per worker per hour for the first two hours, $30/hr after, two-hour minimum, 15-minute increments. Dock and elevator jobs with a hard end time should be quoted with extra workers rather than hoping one pair beats the clock. Deposit by Venmo or Zelle holds the crew; cash to the crew when photos confirm the load. Same-day is realistic when you text before mid-morning; afternoon texts are usually next-day.
