Cape work is different from a Fort Myers condo load
Southwest Cape (33914, Cape Harbour, Yacht Club) means waterfront furniture, outdoor kitchens, and long carries from the canal side to the street. Northeast and northwest Cape (33909, 33993) are more often garage-to-dumpster days and storage-unit unloads. SE Cape and the 33904 grid is a lot of in-home rearranges — sectional through a slider, treadmill up a split level — where no truck is required at all.
- Canal-front carries. We plan extra time for cages, cage doors, and wet lanais. You still own the vehicle waiting at the lot.
- HOA and parking. You arrange the truck permit or the dumpster placement. We show up to load, not to argue with the association.
- Storm-season clean-outs. After you sort keep vs. toss, we fill the dumpster you reserved. We are not 1-800-GOT-JUNK.
What “labor only” means on a Cape Coral booking
Marketplaces that own “Cape Coral moving labor” ads usually still sell a truck option, insurance upsell, and a branded crew. Our quote is hours of independent workers.
