Naples heavy-lifting labor for condos, estates, and dumpster days
Seasonal Naples is a calendar of loading-dock appointments, not open-ended “we’ll bring the truck” estimates. HeavyLift FL coordinates workers for the window you already booked with the building or the HOA. You rent the box truck or stage the dumpster; we staff the dock. We are a labor-coordination service, not a licensed household-goods mover.
Rate is the same as the rest of SWFL: $35/hr per worker for the first two hours, then $30/hr, two-hour minimum. Text QUOTE to (239) 350-1810 with the building name, dock time, and a photo of what has to move.
By texting QUOTE you agree to receive SMS from HeavyLift FL about your quote, booking, and appointment. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Collier jobs we actually quote
Pelican Bay and Park Shore are elevator-and-dock work: certificates of insurance are the building’s problem to request from whoever owns the rental truck — we are the labor on the dock. Old Naples and Port Royal estate days are long carries, marble, and “please don’t mark the millwork.” Golden Gate and Immokalee are more often garage, shed, and dumpster loads. Marco Island adds a bridge and a tighter parking story; tell us the truck size when you text.
Bonita Springs and Estero sit on the Lee/Collier line and have their own labor page — Coconut Point, FGCU-area apartments, and Bonita Beach Road — so this Naples page can stay on docks, estates, Marco, and Golden Gate.
High-value items and what we will not touch
Customers sign a basic waiver. Art, jewelry, and anything you cannot replace should be off the floor before we arrive. We do not move pianos, safes, or hot tubs. We do not disconnect plumbing or electrical. We do not pack. If a Naples job needs a licensed mover with cargo insurance on a company truck, hire that company — we will not pretend to be it in schema or in a text.
Naples pricing
$35 per worker per hour for the first two hours, $30/hr after, two-hour minimum, 15-minute increments. Dock jobs with a hard end time should be quoted with extra workers rather than hoping one pair beats the clock. Deposit holds the crew; cash to the crew at the dock when photos confirm the load.
